Brother Amatoris Joseph (James Golden) was born in Kiliumai, Ireland, and in November of 1865 at the age of 30 entered the Novitiate at Second Street in New York City. He died at age 73 on January 31, 1912, in Chicago, Illinois, and is buried in Calvary Cemetery in Glencoe, Missouri.

Br. Teodoreto
Brother Teodoreto (Giovanni Garberoglio) was born in Italy. He died in 1954 in Turin at age 83. His cause for beatification was introduced in 1977.

Brother Exuperien (Adrian Mas) was born in Poujol, France. He entered the Novitiate at Paris, France, and died in 1905 at age 76 in Paris and is buried there.

He died in at the age of 30 on January 13, 1853, in Baltimore, Maryland, and was buried there in Baltimore New Cathedral Cemetery, having been a De La Salle Christian Brother for only two years.

Br. Cyril Columban
Brother Cyril Columban (Cyril Peters Conroy) was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on November 28, 1919, and entered the Novitiate in Glencoe, Missouri, in 1964. He died in Memphis, at age 71 on January 12, 1991, and is buried at Calvary Cemetery in Memphis.

Br. Jeremiah Arthur
Brother Jeremiah Arthur (John Joseph Higgins) was born in Chicago, Illinois, on October 12, 1906, and entered the Juniorate in 1920 in Glencoe, Missouri, and advanced to the Novitiate there in 1923. He died in Chicago, Illinois, at age 67 on January 12, 1973, and is buried at Calvary Cemetery in Evanston, Illinois.

Brother Ladislaus Cyril (Alexander Podlewski) was born on February 25, 1867, in Thomasville, Ontario, Canada, and entered the Novitiate in Glencoe, Missouri, in 1910. He died at age 73 on January 12, 1940, in Winona, Minnesota, and is buried at the Brothers' cemetery at Glencoe, Missouri.

Brother Euspicius Edward (Patrick Fanning) was born in Ireland and entered the Novitiate in New York in 1844. He died at age 33 on January 12, 1877, in Clason Point, New York, and is buried at New York Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

Br. James Augustine (“Gus”)
Brother James Augustine “Gus” (George Alphonsus Kossuth) was born on June 23, 1924 in Chicago, Illinois, and entered the Novitiate in Glencoe, Missouri in 1955. He died in Hinsdale, Illinois at Monor Care Health Serivices at age 89. He is buried at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville, Illinois and had been a De La Salle Christine Brother for 59 years.

Br. Henry Stephen
Brother Henry Stephen (Joseph Glockle) was born on November 24, 1902 in Duluth, Minnesota, and entered the Novitiate in Glencoe, Missouri in 1919. He died in Minneapolis Minnesota, at age 66 on January 11, 1968 and is buried at St. Mary Cemetery in Winona, Minnesota.

Brother Hermeus Joseph (William Rowe) was born at Loan, Kilkenny, Ireland, on July 11, 1856, and entered the Novitiate in Westchester, New York, in 1873. He died at age 54 on January 11, 1910, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and is buried there at the Santa Fe in Rosario Cemetery.

Brother Andronis (A. Joseph Gadenne) was born in 1811 in Lile, France, and entered the Novitiate in 1836 at Paris. He died in Caen, France, at age 87 on January 11, 1898, and is buried at Herouville Novitiate Cemetery.

Br. Robert Staub
Brother Robert Joseph Staub ( Edward Staub) was born on January 29, 1922 in Chicago, IL, the son of Joseph and Helen (Kordick) Staub. The family was to grow to become a family of ten children, five boys and five girls. Edward, the eldest son, entered the Christian Brothers Juniorate in Glencoe, Missouri, in 1936. He received the religious habit in 1939 and was given the name of Leopold Robert. Brother Robert was in his 78 th year as a Christian Brother at the time of his death on January 10, 2017, less than three weeks before his 95th birthday.

Br. Narcisse John
Brother Narcisse John (Adrien Meynadier) was born in Faux, Lozere, France on August 8, 1889, and entered the Juniorate at Mende, France in 1901, and the Novitiate there in 1906. Due to the anticlerical laws of his native country, he had to make his Scholasticate in Lembecq, Belgium, in 1907. He died at age 95 on January 10, 1984, in Lafayette, Louisiana, and is buried there in the Brothers' Cemetery.

Br. Thurian
Brother Thurian (Paul Gelinas) was born in Yamachiche, Canada, on October 22, 1841. He entered the Novitiate of Montreal on August 3 1857. He died at age 58 on January 10, 1899, at Ammendale, Maryland, and is buried there in the Brothers' cemetery.

Br. Joannis Gabriel
Brother Joannis Gabriel (Charles I. Quinlan) was born on July 15, 1883, in Chicago, Illinois, and entered the Juniorate on May 29, 1897, and the Novitiate in 1899 at Glencoe, Missouri. He died at age 69 on January 9, 1952, at La Salle Institute in Glencoe, and is buried there in the Brothers' Cemetery.

Br. Delphinus Peter
Brother Delphinus Peter (George Hartz) was born on February 7, 1847, in Bebelsheim, Bavaria, Germany. He came to the United States and at age 26 on October 22, 1873, entered the Novitiate at Carondelet, Missouri. He died on January 9, 1923, at La Salle Institute in Glencoe, Missouri, and is buried there in the Brothers' Cemetery.

Br. Abercian
Brother Abercian (Michael Kane) was born on October 15, 1832, in Brownstown, Ireland. He entered the Novitiate at Carondelet in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1867 but was sent to Pass Christian to complete his formation. He died at age 52 on January 9, 1884 at Carondelet and is buried at the Brothers' cemetery at Glencoe, Missouri.

Brother Junian Fidelis (Michael Collins) was born in 1937 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He entered the Novitiate in 1955 at Glencoe, Missouri. He died at age 74 on January 8, 2012, in Minneapolis and is buried at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.

Brother Isfrid Anselm (William Elmer Paul Kleinknecht) was born on June 18, 1898, in St. Louis, Missouri. He entered the Junior Novitiate in July of 1912, at Glencoe, Missouri, and two years later in July of 1914 began his Novitiate in Glencoe. He died on January 4, 1976, at Joliet, Illinois, and is buried at Calvary Cemetery in Evanston, Illinois.

Br. Lewis Richard
Brother Lewis Richard (George E. Steinbrink) was born on November 12, 1876, in Wallenhorst, Hanover, Germany. He entered the Novitiate in Glencoe, Missouri, in 1893. He died at age 68 on January 4, 1945, at Alexian Brothers Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, and is buried at the Brothers' Cemetery at Glencoe, Missouri.

Br. Josiah Benedict
Brother Josiah Benedict (John Wenceslaus Lidinsky) was born on July 7, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois, and entered the Juniorate at Glencoe, Missouri, on February 1, 1941. He died at age 76 on January 3, 2004, at Baguio, Luzon, in the Philippines, and is buried in the Brothers' Cemetery in the Novitiate at Lipa, Batangas, Philippines.

Br. Justinus Pascal
Brother Justinus Pascal (Edward William Seifert) was born on November 18, 1911 at Calumet, Michigan, and entered the Novitiate at age 29 at Glencoe, Missouri, in June of 1940. He died at age 79 on January 3, 1991, at St. Paul, Minnesota, and is buried at Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights, Minnesota.

Br. Ireneus Richard
Brother Ireneus Richard (Francis Xavier Beck) was born on August 29, 1877, at Seymour, Wisconsin, and entered the Novitiate at Glencoe, Missouri, in November of 1901. He died at age 91 on January 3, 1968, at Alexian Brothers Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, while a member of the Holy Family Community at Glencoe, Missouri, where he is also buried in the Brothers' cemetery.

Br. Ignatius of Mary
Brother Ignatius of Mary (Xeno Gerardus Lipman) was born on October 8, 1845, in Deventer, Holland, and entered the Institute at Carondelet, Missouri, in 1873. He died in Halifax, Nova Scotia, at age 48 on January 3, 1893, and is buried in Halifax Holy Cross Cemetery, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Br. Romon
Brother Romon (Guillaume Perelle) was born in France in 1813 and entered the Novitiate in 1833 at Lyons, France. He died at age 72 on January 3, 1885, in Marseilles, France, and is buried in Marseilles.

Br. Rumwald
Brother Rumwald (Jean P. Lentz) was born in 1830 in Luxembourg and entered the Novitiate in 1854 in Montreal, Canada. He died at age 66 on January 2, 1896, at Ammendale, Maryland, and is buried there in the Brothers' cemetery.

Br. Hermeus William
Brother Hermeus William (Richard Nicholas Rhody) was born on April 6, 1927, in St. Paul, Minnesota, and entered the novitiate in 1946 at Glencoe, Missouri. He died at age 76 on January 1, 2004, at St. Paul, Minnesota. He donated his body to the Mayo Clinic. His cremated remains were later buried at Resurrection Cemetery in St. Paul.

Br. John Mark
Brother John Mark (Ambrose Nicholas Conway) was born September 10, 1912, in Everett Lake, Illinois, and entered the Juniorate in 1927 at Glencoe, Missouri, and made his Novitiate two years later, in 1929. He died at age 65 on January 1, 1977, at Highland Park, Illinois, and is buried at Calvary Cemetery in Evanston, Illinois.

Brother Joseph (Joseph Josserand) was born in 1823 in St. Etienne, France, and entered the Novitiate in 1838 in Paris, France. He died on January 1, 1897, at age 74 in Archachon, France and is buried at Athis-Mons, France. He was Superior General.

Br. Harvich
Brother Harvich (Jean J. Larzat) was born in 1828 in France and entered the Novitiate in 1852 at Clermont, France. He died on January 1, 1879, at age 51 in Montreal and is buried at Montreal Cote-des-Neiges Cemetery.

Br. James Luke
Brother James Luke (John Hurley) was born in Chicago, Illinois, and entered the Novitiate in 1931 in Glencoe, Missouri. He died on December 31, 1982, at the age of 73 in Romeoville, Illinois, and is buried in Worth, Illinois, in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.

Br. Felix Basilio
Brother Felix Basilio (Alberto Guillen) was born in Ecuador and entered the Novitiate in 1912 in Quito, Ecuador. He died on December 31, 1975, in Leon, Nicaragua, and is buried in Leon, Nicaragua

Br. Celerinus Andrew
Brother Celerinus Andrew (Andrew Rappeaux) was born in Florissant, Missouri, and entered the Novitiate in 1868 Carondelet, Missouri. He died on December 31, 1923, in Washington, D.C., at the age of 75 and is buried in Ammendale, Maryland.

Br. Cadoc
Brother Cadoc (Antoine Friesch) was born in Prussia and entered the Novitiate in 1852 in Montreal, Canada. He died on December 31, 1909, in Ammendale, Maryland, at the age of 70 and is buried in Ammendale.

Br. Lawrence Philip
Brother Lawrence Philip (Thomas J. Morgan) was born in Chicago, Illinois, and entered the Juniorate in 1934 in Glencoe, Missouri. He died on December 30, 2002, in Memphis, Tennessee, at the age of 83 and is buried in Calvary Cemetery in Memphis.

Br. Leonorian Maurice
Brother Leonorian Maurice (John Vincent Anglim) was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and entered the Novitiate in 1942 in Glencoe, Missouri. He died on December 29, 2009, in Chicago, Illinois, at the age of 85 and is buried in Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville, Illinois. He was Visitor of the Chicago District from 1966 to 1972.

Br. Patrick Jonathan
Brother Patrick Jonathan (Owen Meegan) was born in Chicago, Illinois, and entered the Juniorate in 1958 and the Novitiate in 1959 in Glencoe, Missouri. He died on December 29, 2007, in Chicago, Illinois, at the age of 65 and is buried in Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville, Illinois.

Brother Lewis Daniel (John Brown) was born in St. Joseph, Missouri, and entered the Novitiate in 1927 in Glencoe, Missouri. He died on December 29, 1977, in Joliet, Illinois, at the age of 67 and is buried in Evanston, Illinois, in Calvary Cemetery.

Brother Carthage Leo (Martin O'Neill) was born in Ireland and entered the Novitiate in 1912 in Castletown. He died on December 29, 1972, in London, England, and is buried in London.

Br. Alan Paulian
Brother Alan Paulian (John Heaney) was born in Chicago, Illinois, and entered the Novitiate in 1960 in Glencoe, Missouri. He died on December 29, 1961, in Memphis, Tennessee, at the age of 19 and is buried in Glencoe in Calvary Cemetery.

Br. Kevin Alexis
Brother Kevin Alexis (Eugene Burns) was born in Chicago, Illinois, and entered the Novitiate in 1922 in Glencoe, Missouri. He died on December 29, 1924, in Chicago, at the age of 19 and is buried in Glencoe in Calvary Cemetery.

Br. Cecilian
Brother Cecilian (Pierre Gadory) was born in Canada and entered the Novitiate in 1852 in Montreal, Canada. He died on December 29, 1898, in Troy, New York, at the age of 78 and is buried in Troy in St. Mary Cemetery.

Br. Joel Nicholas
Brother Joel Nicholas (Norman George Geimer) was born on February 25, 1928, in Evanston, Illinois, and entered the Juniorate in Glencoe, Missouri, in January 1946 after attending St George High School for three and a half years. After the Novitiate year he professed first vows in 1947. He made his final professional at Beaver Island, MI, in 1960. He died at the age of 89 on December 28, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois and is buried in Resurrection Cemetery, Romeoville, Illinois.

Br. Honorius Edward
Brother Honorius Edward (James Duffy) was born in Chicago, Illinois, and entered the Novitiate in 1923 Glencoe, Missouri. He died on December 28, 1995, in Naperville, Illinois, at the age of 90 and is buried in Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville, Illinois.
